The rooms located on the first floor near our reception area are all equipped with color TV and are the basis of our authentic region of Ascoli Piceno.

They are available for individual or in combination with the apartments, to optimize the supply of beds.

All rooms are equipped with 1 double bed or, optionally, 2 single Beds.

Only one of these has the possibility of adding 2 beds, for a total of 4 (2 +2) Beds.
